As VP of Media, you will be responsible for leading and executing our media strategy across key client accounts. With years of diverse media experience and a strong focus on digital, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams This role demands a confident and decisive leader who can communicate effectively in client-facing settings while driving strategy, planning, and recommendations informed by data-driven insights. Your leadership will be integral to shaping and optimizing media strategies that deliver measurable results for our diverse clients and growing our media presence in the New York office.
You Will:
- Lead the distributed Media team throughout the US.
- Partner with Strategy, Creative, Marketing Science and Client Services leads throughout the organization.
- Oversee the team responsible for all media strategy, detailed planning, campaign set-up and execution, including working with other internal teams and clients to secure deliverables.
- Coach and mentor a team across all media channels (video, social, display, audio, etc.) and be on the front line of evolving media opportunities.
- Drive the team in providing insight into campaign analysis and optimization based on accurate data analyses.
- Become an expert in your client’s vertical, help guide a client’s business holistically while focusing on media opportunities.
- Evaluate, build and maintain relationships in the media partners and the evolving media community.
- Stay up-to-date on and advise the Marketing and Media groups on the latest trends in interactive marketing / media and developments.
- Aid in the development of “Point of View” (POV) documents on new trends or special opportunities.
- Participate in new business efforts, which includes presenting to clients.
You Have:
- 10+ years well round media experience with a strong passion and focus on digital
- Proven ability to lead and grow a team of Media professionals
- Previous experience with media tools such as: MRI, Nielsen and comScore.
- Ability to support a hands-on-keys team in platforms such as Google, Meta, Trade Desk, etc.
- Deep knowledge of digital media and the digital landscape.
- Passion, curiosity, and interest in evolving a media practice to deliver on future client needs.
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations.
