Talent Analytics Coordinator

The Talent Analytics Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the team’s work on talent analytical insights and strategic planning, while handling all operational coordination. This position is responsible for gathering data, conducting analysis, and preparing presentations for actionable recommendations that drive initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness. This role is pivotal in enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting strategic talent initiatives.
You will:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret talent data to identify trends, patterns. Help identify data-driven insights meant to inform talent decisions, improve workforce processes and promote positive employee experience.
- Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare presentations and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to I&P leadership and Talent Leads.
- Assist in the development of strategies and initiatives based on data-driven insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within Talent operations based on data analysis and industry best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional I&P initiatives/trainings and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify areas of DEI collaboration and growth within data insights; collaborate effectively with DEI partners and a DEI lens in mind.
- Serve as a point of contact for I&P data inquiries and analytics requests.
- Assist in the preparation of I&P presentations and reports for Talent leadership.
You have:
- Proven experience in analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Strong understanding of employee experience and touchpoints within.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Understanding of talent policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to support I&P strategy development and execution.
- Proficiency in Excel.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems.
- Previous experience with Tableau.
