Neil Clemmons - President


Neil is responsible for company and client strategy efforts for Critical Mass.

In this role, Neil is continually looking at emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities to apply digital tools and experiences. He provides executive-level leadership to a variety of clients and internal teams. He is equally adept at charting the future of our company and that of our clients, as they embrace the potential of digital tools to engage customers and deliver business results. An avid fan of technology, Neil has an intense passion for leveraging the internet to help our clients deepen relationships with their customers. He brings a range of insights and experiences to engagements, an innate understanding of how to think like a client, and a passion for implementing marketing strategies to achieve business results.

With more than 25 years of marketing experience, Neil has varied category experience in retail, technology, travel, and hospitality. His most recent work has been leading strategy for clients including Home Depot, Rolex, Hyatt Hotels, Mercedes-Benz USA, and many others.

Neil blends a disciplined marketing strategy background with technical and organizational insights. His career includes global marketing and sales leadership assignments at 3Com, U.S. Robotics, and Apple Computer.
